Product Introduction

Antistatic & flame resistant masterbatch manufactured by Qufu Donghong Industry Col., Ltd. is an excellent antistatic and flame resistant functional masterbatch, which is produced with efficient flame retardant, quality conductive carbon black and other additives being added into the polyethylene resin. It applies to various polyethylene pipe and fittings. Products manufactured with the masterbatch have good properties of smooth surface, low density, high flame resistant efficiency, good thermal stability, anti-frosting, non-migratory and no corrosion to molds, etc. Each performance index conforms to MT558.1-2005.

 

Technical Data 

Black particle: It applies to polyethylene pipe, pipe fittings, coal mine use antistatic and flame resistant pipes, polyethylene threading pipe, coal mine use anstatic and flame resistant plastic net. 

 

Processing Technology (just for reference) 

Appropriate addtive amount is confirmed according to processing condition, product form and requirements for antistatic and flame resistant efficiency. Generally, additive amount of 40-50% could reach excellent antistatic and flame resistant efficiency.

Processing temperature of products is generally kept between 165-175°C, which can also be set as per customers' requirements.

 

Storage, Packaging and Transportation

The masterbatch is generally packed in 25kg standard bags or other suitable packages. It should be stored in clean, cool, ventilated and dry warehouses. Sunburn, rain and impurity shall be avoided during transportation.

 

Note: The masterbatch tend to absorb water, thus attention should be paid to the moistureproof.
